MODULAR INSTRUMENTATION

Modular instrumentation, contained in elements of mm. 50x100 and mm. 100x100.
The module 50x100 can contain:

a) Two measure instruments ( temperature-pressure-level).
b) One measure instrument and one hourmeter.
c) One instrument or one hourmeter with 4 control lamps.

The module 100x100 can contain:

a) One electronic rev counter.
b) One electronic rev counter and hourmeter.
c) Control lamps and instruments lay-out.

It is possible to obtain every desired combination, as the instruments can be installed one by one, or matchable in various ways, allowing the formation of a dashboard with the characteristics of a car type traditional multiple instrument.

INSTRUMENTS D.52

The range of instruments D.52 mm includes temperatures, pressures and levels indicators in the analogic or digital versions with LCD bar.
The range grows wider with speedometers and control microprocessor digital rev counters.


INSTRUMENTS D.85

The range of instruments D.85 mm includes rev counters with and without hourmeter. Customizations of scale P.T.O. are available upon request.
In the container D.85 it is possible to have the combination of 2 different instruments ( temperatures-pressures-levels indicators).

    

HOURMETERS

Quartz electric hourmeters, round shaped D.52 mm or rectangular (DIMA 37X24mm).
Available with electric feed 12-24V or 10-80v.

        

INSTRUMENTS D.100

The container D. 100 mm can have a rev counter with hourmeter and P.T.O. customizable scale or an electronic speedometer with odometer.
The same container D.100 mm can contain a 9 control lamps combination, an analogic indicator (temperatures - pressures - levels) and one hourmeter.
It is possible to customize the polycarbonate by including one's own name or logo on all versions.

     


MULTIFUNCTIONAL INSTRUMENTS


Group preset for the housing of 2-3-4 measure instruments (temperature - pressure - level ) and a rev counter and hourmeter ( or a speedometer ) and a maximum of 16 control lamps with CHECK - CONTROL functions, matchable at customer request. It is also possible to house a digital display, combined with 12 control lamps, rev counter and hourmeter and three analogic measure instruments (level - temperature - pressure)
Two kinds of non - simultaneous readings are possible on the LCD ( ex: Km/h and P.T.O.) and are selectable by an external push-button ( supplied separately).
It is possible to adapt the instrument to different tyres and engine revs / PTO revs gears, by rear deep-switch. Drilling template 234x125 mm.



It is a multifunctional panel, preset to house up to 13 control lamps + no. 2 leds for the measure instruments and a rev counter with hourmeter;
2 analogic measure instruments to visualize temperatures, pressures or levels;
1 LCD for non simultaneous readings of speedometer and PTO;
The PTO signal is actually controlled by an inner microprocessor on the basis of the existing gear with engine revs;
The display reading commutation comes through an external push button ( supplied separately) to be housed in the dashboard.
Possibility to adapt the instrument to different tyres and engine revs/PTO revs gears by rear deep-switch and with serial scheduling in the future.



DIGITAL CONTROL PANELS

It is an electronic checking system managed by a microprocessor, with main display at LCD, two or three barograph instruments, both back illuminated. The group consists also in 18 LEDS or incandescent lamp also supported by acoustic alarm.
The panel can be adapted to different types of transducers (revs, pressures, temperatures and levels) by rear housed deep-switch combinations.
Possibility of instrument graphic customization.
